Berky Abraham

Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature

a German, Reformed minister, was recommended to the Synod in 1826. He prepared himself for the ministry at Carlisle Seminary, Pa.; afterwards became a member of the "Free Synod," in 1834, and labored in Berks County, and in Philadelphia as agent of the Sunday-school Union. His last place of which rention is made was Michigan, where he passed over to the Reformed (Dutch) Church, and remained until he died, Aug. 1, 1867. See Harbaugh, Fathers of the Germ. Ref.
